As the popular saying goes, “One man’s meat is another man’s Poison” but we love to rephrase that to
mean “The design and taste of a home as it appeals to its owner WILL NOT appeal in similar manner in
the home of another".
What this means to us is going the extra mile to provide you diverse interior designs in expressing your
exact tastes, mood, feel, concept of what HOME really is and in a manner that is in exact alignment with
your personality.
Why should I be bothered selecting what my home should look like when I can always modify it as I please after construction?
This is the very reason why we present to you the opportunity to eliminate all the headache and trauma of dealing with modification/ renovation of your home after it has been built!!….. a scenario we have seen over and over again. So exactly what will be delivered with my home when payment is made?
Our Base Level delivery will be the houses in their Carcass form (meaning everything apart from the
interior Finishing will be done. Please see our outlined deliverables in Detail here.
Our Premium Level delivery will be the houses in their Finished Form (inclusive of all finishes specified
and Illustrated in the selected design schemes). Terms and Conditions Apply.
What are the prices for the homes?
Please go to the projects section, Select any project to view the prices for your desired property.
What title is owned on the existing property?
Governor's Consent.
What is the procedure to buy a home?
- Liaise with one of our Sales Executives.
- Choose preferred House type. Subscription forms and Offer Letter on your preferred House type will be issued to you detailing terms of your purchase.

Make a Reservation Deposit of NGN 250,000.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira).
Note: Reservation Deposit is non-refundable and valid for 30days - Complete initial deposit or payment within 30days.
- Upon payment of Initial Deposit, receipts will be issued after 24hours once payment is confirmed while Contract of Sale will be issued within 30days.
- Make monthly payments according to your chosen Payment plan.
- Upon Full payment for your Home, construction will be completed and keys handed over to you.
- Documents for Title Registration of your Home will be issued to you within 6months of delivery.
What documents do I get upon partial payment and allocation?
The following documents are issued:

Letter of Allocation stating:
- --The House Type being bought.
- --The price of the house.
- --The Location of the house within the Estate.
- Details of the selected Design Scheme with attached pictorial images of Proposed Interior Finishes.
- Comprehensive Interior Package (CIP) – A handy Interior Finishing kit GUARANTEED to save you money regardless of whatever house type you purchase.
What documents do I get upon full payment and allocation?
The following documents are issued:
- All above mentioned documents.
- Deed of Assignment.
What Facilities will be available in the Estate?
Our estates are well landscaped, beautiful and family friendly. Treated Pipe Borne water, Backup Electrical Power Generating Sets, Excellent Security Network.
