Our Base Level delivery will be the houses in their Carcass form (meaning everything apart from the interior Finishing will be done. Please see our outlined deliverables in Detail here.

Our Premium Level delivery will be the houses in their Finished Form (inclusive of all finishes specified and Illustrated in the selected design schemes). Terms and Conditions Apply.

Governor's Consent.

1. Liaise with one of our Sales Executives.
2. Choose preferred House type. Subscription forms and Offer Letter on your preferred House type will be issued to you detailing terms of your purchase.
3. Make a Reservation Deposit of NGN 250,000.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira).
   Note: Reservation Deposit is non-refundable and valid for 30days
4. Complete initial deposit or payment within 30days.
5. Upon payment of Initial Deposit, receipts will be issued after 24hours once payment is confirmed while Contract of Sale will be issued within 30days.
6. Make monthly payments according to your chosen Payment plan.
7. Upon Full payment for your Home, construction will be completed and keys handed over to you.
8. Documents for Title Registration of your Home will be issued to you within 6months of delivery.

The following documents are issued:

1. Letter of Allocation stating:
   • --The House Type being bought.
   • --The price of the house.
   • --The Location of the house within the Estate.
2. Details of the selected Design Scheme with attached pictorial images of Proposed Interior Finishes.
3. Comprehensive Interior Package (CIP) – A handy Interior Finishing kit GUARANTEED to save you money regardless of whatever house type you purchase.

The following documents are issued:

1. All above mentioned documents.
2. Deed of Assignment.
