ROYAL – 4 Bedroom + 1 B.Q. Fully Detached Duplex

Design Scheme 3 [DS3]

Royal Design Scheme 3 is a concept of wholesome eclectic spaces which serve the everyday family routine elegantly. Each space is uniquely accentuated with beautiful colours and textures. From the warm and spacious anteroom to the cozy private dining, the transition from one space to the other is a regal experience.

The views above of the ground floor lets you know with one glance what to expect; it is an ambiance of serene elegance. The mix of orange throw pillows against the dark blue settee is a subtle way of incorporating a sense of warmth and fun to the large living space. The off-white walls and the beige flooring is livened up by the heavy patterned rug in the anteroom, living room and dining area.

The upper floor is an interior layout of flexible and functional spaces. The spaces - master bedroom, two regular bedrooms, family lounge with an adjoining box room, are perfectly adorned and the decor revolves around elegance and simplicity.

The arrangement of the furniture in this beautiful living room is both simple and charming. The array of wall art in various shapes, sizes and colours adds the whimsy to the space. The TV wall in wooden slats is beautifully contrasted with the white and wood console and the potted plants on both sides of the TV add a touch of nature.

The abundance of natural light beaming in through the expansive window and the interesting ceiling design will make the living room a cozy and bubbly hub of activities. The elevated marble platform of the TV wall is a unique detail that borders on classy.

The decor of this dining has wonderful warmth which emits refinement; the peep-out into the living room is brilliant. The dining set is well defined and centralized on the patterned rug. The seats appear heavy but this is minimized with the cream legs which brighten the look. The blend of the cream colour of the sideboard with the dining table is absolutely charming.

This kitchen layout is a cooking space with individuality and this was achieved with a simple addition of tone.  The simple slab front units look spic-and-span, but are given character by the small accents of cherry red tiles backsplash which add just enough interest to this largely white kitchen scheme. The clever use of space in this kitchen made for additional storage compartments; the placement of surrounding open shelving keeps the look modern. The wooden cubby compartments are heightened by the grey marble worktops and the swivel bar stools of the central kitchen island is a good flourish.

This master suite is clean, airy, and minimal. The master bed with the muted brown headrest is a cozy retreat for a great wind-down and a good rest. The orange accent chairs and the sleek console laid against the wall underneath the trio wall painting is cheery and lovely.

This master bedroom is stylishly split into a multi-use space with a partially dividing wood wall; the space behind the bed is used as a dedicated study with the white study table placed against the wood wall. Lovely, isn`t it? The dark grey accent TV wall with the sleek wood ledges is simplicity at its finest and is a focal point in this room.

The walk-in closet on the left is spacious and organized – the perfect place to get ready for the day ahead. The all-round white wood doors with open shelves/steps is classic and the rich brown patterned rug at the center just throws in the right amount of pizzaz .
The master bathroom as seen in the corresponding image is clean and simple, very conducive to a quiet mind. Although a grey and white bathroom is very stylish and a calming neutral backdrop, the dark wood slab fronts of the bathroom sink vanity and the cabinet above the mirror help to break the monotony of the beige wall and floor tiling. Very apt!

This bedroom is filled with warmth and comfort; Its wardrobe is functionality at its best, everything is within reach. The beautiful wall art and contemporary dresser give the space an appealing look. The Royal Design Scheme 3 is a home for the tasteful mind!
